GOD it was a nightmare!!! I was always overthinking it and tried moving as graceful as a klutz could to try and avoid any tear.

Just be gentle with yourself! Know your limits, don’t over exert yourself and get plenty of rest, you won’t notice the itch/ pain cause your asleep. Do you have any sort of care giver?
