flexible tape measure or rope/ruler. cup size is simple, overbust minus band. however eligibility for peri/keyhole isn’t just size depending, shape, skin elasticity, and surgical technique are also factors.

There’s a website called a bra that fits, measure according to that and put the numbers in

I took a measuring tape (the ones they use for sewing) and measured that way. There are some online guides on how to do it, with the chart with the measurements and corresponding size.
