Disclaimer I’m not a doctor but that makes no fucking sense. Looser???? I’m pretty sure it’s not like attached to anything in your blood? And if it is I doubt testosterone from your body vs hrt would be different in that regard???

from the most up to date info i can find from the red cross's website, it's not a deferral medicine like my finasteride is, so i think this tech was just like, very unfamiliar with trans healthcare and wanted to be better safe than sorry. understandable but also, an opportunity for growth. lol i just checked and this was most likely before they updated the recs for donating while gay so maybe that was part of it too.
