With my husband and I (he’s ftm) we do use sex toys but we use them solely for the purpose of achieving orgasm and I basically describe them to him as they’re for his N.A.P. Parts. (Non applicable parts) We are pre surgeries and I think that helps us. Because ultimately I want him to feel good. In whatever way possible that he is comfortable with. and It helps with his dysphotia.
