tbh sometimes a pcp will do it. also the federal health clinic, at least in my area, has a dr that prescribes it, so that could be worth checking out.

Also sometimes you don’t need a referral. I went to a local independent hrt clinic directly and they saw me no issue. So I’d say it’s worth it to call and ask if you would need one.

For real🙂↕️Insurance isn’t even always an issue cause most places have sliding scale payment systems I’ve heard . Mine does and I used it for a while.
