Does fat redistribution really end at the one year mark ? I’m at 10 months, haven’t seen anything and it’s kinda depressing

fat redistribution never stops. the way it works is that it doesn't change where existing fat is, but it simply stores new fat in new places, so over time as old fat burns and new fat forms, it looks like the fat is moving

have you gained any weight? it's pretty important for there to be changes in the amount of fat on your body for you to see a difference, losing weight can work too but gaining weight is usually better for people on estrogen for chest growth. when i started T i didn't see a difference until i lost a bunch of weight and it all came from my chest when i'm usually very top heavy

omg absolutely no not at all!!! fat redistribution is the longest and most continuous effect of hormones. it takes years and years and years and never truly stops. you won’t notice it in the moment but when you look back the difference will be staggering, i promise

you want to be both burning stored fat and adding new fat — it doesn’t move existing fat around, just changes the targeted storage location. figure out what exercise will burn a lot of calories, and treat yourself to something “unhealthy” afterwards (fried fast food, a really fatty piece of meat, etc)

i don't think so, idk if you're on t or e so i looked up both and i read it can take 1 to 2 years for either. also everyone's different so sometimes changes can happen later than expected, like for me i read periods stop within the first 6 months of taking t but it took a year for me. i wouldn't give up hope.

for context i’ve been on estrogen for 7 years and even looking back 3 or 4 i’m built so different without even trying. your body is always cycling through fat, you just have to have an agonizing amount of patience

you can also add shmaltz (reduced chicken fat), ghee (clarified butter), lard, duck fat, etc. to your vegetables/eggs/toast/etc — it makes mashed potatoes so much better
