I’d just comment about any past medical intervention they had and dismiss it as not being necessary.

literally attempting to get my family to understand gender dysphoria is so frustrating. they keep seeing medical intervention as allowing the disease to win 🙄

there’s a balance between getting them to understand that everyday is a battle (some more than others) and not having them fear i’m gonna combust immediately
