My gf doesn’t get this at all. Any bottom surgery I get wouldn't work like a prepackaged one. The ones that get closest require implants and surgical replacement that I wouldn't necessarily be able to afford. She'll joke about someday being able to do silly things to my hypothetical penis and every time it's something that wouldn't actually be possible. I just wish it wouldn't hit me as hard as it does
