Honestly, browse Reddit forums for experiences from other Trans folks. We have a huge wealth of info on there.

If you're just starting out you don't need prog yet. I'd recommend estradiol enanthate/cypionate injection monotherapy (no t blocker) from either open gate labs or astrovials, I've had success ordering from both.

estrogen cypionate IM injections, opengate labs is my recommendation! You can get syringes, needles, and alcohol wipes from amazon or other online vendors, good luck!

No no I was on it for 1.5-2 years but then gender affirming care became restricted in my state

Oh in that case maybe you do want prog. 100 mg, daily or every other day, either oral or rectally as a suppository
