sometimes i want to start hormones so bad but then i remember i’m an athlete and my muscles will atrophy on E, disrupting basically every bit of my training for the past few years. waiting to finish my final year of my collegiate career is hell

dm me for diy hrt info, trust me going on hrt saves lives. I don't relate to your situation in any way, I'm way to dysphoric to play sports, and i was glad to lose muscle mass on hrt, but if I were you, I would absolutely take hrt.

but there’s a solution to that and that means spending this last year getting in the best physical shape of my life so my hormones won’t get in the way of my athletics

hrt is most certainly a priority to me but to me my sport is my life, it’s all i’ve ever known. the competitive season lasts for most of my senior year and begins in a month so i cannot let anything get in the way, and that includes the atrophy. as soon as i graduate i’m jumping on the hrt train and taking a more relaxed approach to my practices but for the moment i’m very happy without hrt. thank you for the support though i will def jump on diy when i get the chance
