I felt the exact same way before I started and like for the first 6 months I was on them/.. it gets better and if it isn’t what you need you can go off :)

For estrogen at least, the only irreversible change is breast growth. Fertility typically returns but is not guaranteed. Everything else* will go back to the way it was before. *technically HRT impacts bone development, this only matters if you are still growing however.
