With T if you want to see changes you’re gonna have to get in the therapeutic range, otherwise nothings gonna happen. Between 300-1000 ng/dl is what amab hit during puberty, depending on where you fall will just determine how fast you see changes

Not on and off but a friend of mine, not sure how to encompass his entire experience but I’d say effective 😅, and I lied a bit, youll see sliight changes below the standard range but it rly depends on how high ur levels reach and how long you’re on it.
