liquid liner is always best, it gives sharp lines and solid, bold color, that said it takes some practice. It looks like you have hooded, downturned eyes so doing eyeliner straight out will look like upturned wings which is my personal favorite but eyeliner is up to personal preference

completely depends on the aesthetic you want tbh. if you have shaky hands or are js learning, i recommend using black eyeshadow as eyeliner. i use a q-tip to apply it and clean it up with another q-tip soaked in micellar water. but i have a style leaning towards emo/rocker/skater

as for what kind to get: I use nyx epic ink waterproof eyeliner. it's a good eyeliner pen, it's cheap, and it won't run if you cry

yeah no problem! There are obviously online tutorials, but I'm really specific about how I like my eyeliner (if I don't like it it can give me really bad dysphoria) so I kinda just experiment and practice on my own. practice makes perfect, it takes time but it's worth it, eyeliner looks SICK

also if you're doing eyeliner you should get mascara as well, otherwise it looks like you have no eyelashes
