If I had to guess? Prolly another year or two at worst. But I’m not on T. Just speaking from experience of seeing my boy classmates going through puberty back in middle and high school

it usually takes 2-3 years for it to go down but if its really bad you might want to see a dermatologist if you can

im about two and a half years on t and my acne was pretty bad, its much better now tho since i started accutane a couple months ago
