ok SO! I know that for traditional vaginoplasty, they generally use skin from your penis to create the depth. if you get a zero depth first and want to create depth later, that skin obviously isn't there. my guess is they'd take a skin graft cause that's what they do to supplement for depth in a traditional vaginoplasty, but not sure
