im also not transfem, so hopefully you get some responses from some of the awesome ladies on here! but i think as for exploring gender identity and presentation in secret it’s good to try stuff out, buy some clothes and makeup you want to try and wear them around your house sometimes! play around with what stuff makes you feel like a woman and see what you like and what your transition goals might be.

you can try new names and pronouns with trusted friends, strangers on the internet, or at least starting to talk about yourself that way or write about it. you could try growing your hair out and exploring new hairstyles and stuff too. and jewelry! i think just trying to see what kind of things you like would be so worth it early on, and is something you can totally do in secret for now. best of luck to you girl!! 💕

I’m not trans fem so this may not be applicable, but I started “no choice-ing” it. I purposely say “My name IS [name]” and use preferred terms for myself like “I’m just a dude” “I’m your man” etc.
