I just got a binder and I wore it to work for two days, now I sometimes feel a little pain in my ribs. Is that normal for first time binding?

It’s not recommended to wear a binder for longer than an average school day (~7 hours), or it can cause bruising in the ribs. Make sure you aren’t using undersized binders, which i see a lot of trans men doing because they think it makes it work better.

Definitely not normal it can be uncomfortable but it shouldn’t hurt

I don’t think it’s too small and I only work around 4-5 hour shifts
