
I feel you as I’ve also been a victim of CSA. It was the 1st thing my mother brought up to try to dismantle my transition. Ultimately you know who you are best. And you should be free to talk about your experiences and find healing without your identity being disrespected. The world can be a hateful place as I’m sure you know. So keep your head high, and live with self compassion! This is effective armor from the outside world.
It’s enough to have gone through CSA but for it then to be weaponized against you is a whole nother wound. Even if someone wants to believe that CSA is a cause of your transness then they need to take a serious look at themselves and question why they think it’s a valid thing to bring up. 1 it doesn’t change the present state of things. 2 there are so many CSA victims who don’t transition so- that supports that you were trans irregardless of what happened to you. Be strong, love yourself! 🫶
