maybe oddly specific, but being inflexible has been a part of my dysphoria anyone have advice for gaining flexibility? i’ve been doing stretches for about a week and seen a little progress. unsure if i just need to stick with it for a lot longer

You also do need to stretch A Lot to start seeing effects. Like ik (impatient) people who stretch w/ a partner for 1+ hours each day to see improvements within a couple of weeks. You also may not necessarily notice your flexibility improving if it's slow

stick with it! i was shocked by the end of my ballet class (which was rough bc i was the heaviest in the class and i felt very visible) how much range of motion i had

You probably already know this but I didn’t so I’ll pass it along in case: YOU HAVE TO BREATHE WHEN STRETCHING. Don’t stretch to your absolute limit from the start-instead start at a comfortable stretch, and slowly make it a little more intense while breathing
