if u can find a way to get a job and put money aside u can do self pay, i do it through planned parenthood off of my parents insurance as well

Ngl this is basically me, rn I’m surviving out of spite and talking to my therapist or my partner when I get too overwhelmed by it, I’m just waiting to get a job and moved out to start

Just knowing it’s a possibility in the future is what got me through not being on T. I would’nt’ve given up unless I 100% knew I’d never get it

Unless you've done DIY hrt in a similar parental situation I suggest that you (and others) stop suggesting this. If you cannot provide actual tangible and feasible advice, don’t go to "diy" as if it’s a simple solution with no details. If this person wants t, their family finding out can be a literal prison sentence. If they find out generally, they can do a lot of horrible things.
