that's absolutely a thing that happens. I believe you can go to a doctor and get topical estrogen gel, which will reduce atrophy but won't affect your overall hormones. I could be wrong about this cause i'm high rn but like I think this is how it works

Yes! I use vagifem which is sort of like a tampon but it’s the width of a pencil, there’s a pill on the end you use it once a day or a couple times a week. Does wonders for me and it’s so much less messy than estrogen gel!!!!

A bit; topical estrogen can be prescribed and used to treat it. It doesn’t affect bottom growth or T effects

yes! i couldn't insert things into me without bleeding (very scary) and i got my first ever UTI. i knew i could do a vaginal estrogen cream or tablet, but since i also wanted to stop my periods (im on finasteride to prevent hair loss, so i expected to get my periods even while on t) and birth control is free under almost all insurances through the Affordable Care Act, i got on Nuvaring. annovera is the other vaginal birth control ring. i love it so much. no more atrophy and no feminizing for me

Has a HORRIBLE name so embarrassed when i pick it up at the pharmacy but genuinely works wonders. I almost had to go to the ER from bleeding so heavy after sex and now i don’t even need lubricant most of the time

One time i went to get it and instead of saying it the pharmacist turned the computer around and said “that one?”
