You’re thinking of metoidioplasty. With phalloplasty you can have a big dick. Phallo is when they take a skin graft from a donor site, typically the arm or leg, and use it to craft a penis that’s 3-7 inches long and regular girth as well. You should look on the subreddit r/phallo using the search bar to learn more about it.

I’ve looked at a few different surgeons and their results and they all were pretty small and discouraging so I mostly gave up on the idea

If you want to give up after “looking at” a “few” surgeons that’s fine but don’t say definitively that you “can’t” have a big penis and don’t spread that misinformation to others either. I’ve researched for over 1000 hours, am in a phalloplasty support group, have gone to meet-ups with people who are post-op, and information session about the surgery itself. I look forward to eventually getting phalloplasty which yes can produce a cis male sized penis.

I’m not spreading misinformation I’m saying one thing based on the pictures I’ve seen from different surgeons and to say I’m doing it maliciously is just community infighting which is useless for our development

The correct response is hey actually did you know you can have it be a larger size you should look into it more I’ve done a lot more research versus just downvoting every single one of my comments and for what purpose exactly? At no point did I ever say you were wrong or try to instigate anything with you so if your response to seeing inaccurate information is to just start fighting and saying it’s purposeful misinformation I’ll look elsewhere for peers that know more than me
