it feels like my ovaries around that area and it’s a really sharp pain. I have been in bed all day because of the severe pain. I’ve only been getting up to go to the toilet because I feel like something’s pushing on my bladder and rectum and I constantly feel like I need to go, but there’s nothing to come out and also I’ve now started bleeding from the vagina sorry if I over shared thank u i’m literally laid on the bathroom floor in a fetal position thanks guys & girls You’re the best.ever

Alright this is something you should go to the doctor for ASAP. Obligatory I’m not a doctor, but my best guess would be a bad UTI — which can cause you to feel the need to urinate frequently (especially if nothing is coming out), blood in urine, and lower abdominal/pelvic pain. If it’s a UTI, it can spread to the kidneys and become even worse if left untreated. Atrophy caused by T does also affect the urinary tract so trans men can be at an increased risk of UTIs

uterus atrophy is pretty common in trans guys who are on Testosterone. famously Buck Angel has spoken about his experience with it, and eventually he had a hysterectomy.
