Lately I’ve been diving deeper on transitioning, specifically if my lack of drive to begin transitioning is propagated by result a fear of the amount of change it would require in my life, or if I am actually comfy in who I am. I’m feeling conflicted :(

Yea I understand that. It’s kinda difficult to imagine life on the other side. I have a hard time with it still even just being closeted and on hrt. It’s hard to imagine being like viewed as a woman and how it’d like actually impact how I feel. Like I know Im right about my identity but still it’s just too different yk.

I can understand that, from my perspective, I am completely alright with the notion of being viewed as a women by new people in my life, but when I consider people I grew up with/have known me for years? Terrifying. I think a lot would be understanding but also it’s the unknown that comes along with it I suppose

Yea it’s not that I don’t like the idea. It’s just I can’t even envision what it’d actually be like yk? Also yea that makes sense. Having people who knew you pre transition have to adjust their perceptions of you. I can imagine why that’s nerve wracking.

Well clothes and makeup are an easy starting point. You don’t have to leave your room with them if you don’t want and they can make you look way more fem temporarily. Like buy a sports bra and see how you feel wearing it yk? Stuff like that. I may not be the best person to ask about that stuff cause I haven’t tried it yet lol cause of my own circumstances but still

Yea maybe don’t do that lol there are places to buy them yourself. There’s even panties and underwear that are meant for tucking or to accommodate the extra stuff going on down there. As for bras you can probably just measure yourself and use the tools on the website. Apparently sports bras are best until breast growth is done (and probably also if you don’t have any yet lol)
