Binder-wearing peeps! I have to walk a lot where I am. Should/can I wear my binder if I go around 2-3 miles walking?

It’s not all in one go and I take breaks. I use public transport when I can. Not specifically exercising, asking for day-to-day activity.

it might be alright for day to day like that but you may get winded easily
