No same like I am 20 and started this year. Objectively we are young trans people who started transitioning early in the grand scheme of things. It’s just nowadays younger teenagers are having access to it and it makes me feel like I started late which sucks :/

I think it’s because it’s easier to go stealth once we hit age of consent. I got on hormones and surgery as soon as possible, and now I look cis.

I can relate to the sentiment, like yes I’m glad younger people get hormones more easily bc I still can’t afford it but yk go crazy on ya momas health insurance I wish I could But also Jesus fucking Christ they just killed so many of us in the past there really aren’t that many of us to look to

Yea it’s sad😔 I wish there were more people older than us. I’m glad they can do it so early and I’m fortunate enough to be able to as well now. But it just sucks that it feels like there’s so few people older than us to get advice from and look up to.

Probably, I guess it depends on the person. Maybe I’m just in my head bc I feel I don’t even relate to trans folks my age bc so many of yall get to transition but I still can’t get on hormones bc I’m broke.
