it depends on the strength of the estrogen. they usually tell you how many mgs per ml so it's the equivalent dose on injections but then inject once a week

I was 6mg oral Estrace daily with 200mg Spiro prior to my orchiectomy. I went to .1ml injection once a week and my levels were about the same— well, a little more elevated but not by much. I was on injections for about a year and then tried patches. Pills work best for me, but about .1ml once a week is where my levels were about the same. You may need some tweaking depending on how your body processes things. See if you can get bloodwork done and start small first, then adjust.
