just be aware, with keyhole if you ever gain weight back there’s a chance of the breast tissue coming back kinda and the results looking different. just something I heard about recently for the first time

Yeah low key I don’t think it’s worth it. If you ever gain weight it ends up looking like you have gyno. Also, your nipples will likely be much larger than cis male average. With DI, your nips will be cis male average and you can always cover the scars later in life once you can afford it with tattoos, laser etc.

My main goal is keyhole because i hugely prefer less scarring compared to double incision, and its been an option for me so why not go for it Do ur research find which one is best for u, even if u need a surgeon to tell u
