wdym by transition fully, like medically or like coming out to ppl?

I feel the same way, I feel like every day I’m not fighting to get on HRT or not talking with my parents about it is a day I’m wasting. But I don’t live in an area where I have access to HRT or affirming surgery and it hurts to know I have to wait.
