BCBS completely covered my HRT because the state branch got sued to hell in 2021, but not sure about ffs

i have it and they’re currently paying for like 90% of my electrolysis. i also have an ffs consult coming up and kinda wondering the same thing tbh. i’ve heard it was covered for others (at least with the surgeon i’m going to) but have still been stressin haha

I have blue shield and they didn’t cover me what so ever so I ended up going out of country for care. This was in 2018 I’m not sure how much it would cover now.
