id go more for youtube than tiktok personally, but the easiest i think is to find people who have similar features to you and people who wear a style you want to learn to do and try following along. you can learn how to enhance or subdue certain features depending on what look youre going for from people with similar features and learn techniques and colorwork from people who have the style you want

For starters never touch TikTok Worst site for everything ever Honestly I’d just get starter tips from a chick friend in ur life then start looking at tutorials (mostly YouTube) because just that baseline knowledge can help so much

Maybe start without full face makeup and just do small parts until you’re confident with that? Like mascara, eyeliner, blush And then get primer and eyeshadow (I think don’t trust me idk makeup) And then foundation and bronzer and contour and highlighter and all that for a full face thing
