I looked up top surgeons in my state and called the office for a surgeon my friend got his top surgery done at. Told them my insurance info and got an appointment for a consultation scheduled for after I turn 19 cuz that’s the legal age u can get gender affirming surgery in Nebraska

Idk if this will impact anything, but I’m not on hormones and do not want to be. I’m not 100% sure I want complete flat top surgery, but definitely a radical reduction.

It depends, unfortunately, on your insurance. If you need referrals for everything, you need to re-acquire a pcp (you don't necessarily need to be assigned one, but go get an annual physical from one) and, if you don't already have an official dx of gender dysphoria, try to get that during the appointment as well as a referral. Then you need to make sure your referral is in-network & check your insurance requirements for getting top surgery. You can usually call them to figure it out.
