I had plume for a year and quit when I couldn’t afford it anymore. They’re very offhands about everything, you don’t have to pay for labs. It takes a few days to get replies to messages. They can also prescribe acne medications. It’s good if you don’t want an uneducated doctor hassling you, but it is $100/month. I’ve heard FOLX has a similar rep, but you have to pay for labs. Might be slightly cheaper though

I have multiple friends who use them and they love it!! unfortunately they can’t do testosterone in some states so check their website, iirc all states can do estrogen tho

i used plume for about two years before switching to a local nurse practitioner practitioner. if you don’t mind paying $100ish a month it’s honestly pretty nice. they can write letters of support for surgeries/electrolysis and get get your labs done for the $100 a month. and they ship meds directly to you which was huge for me early in my transition
