I mean like, I did it through planned parenthood and they demonstrated once and were like "here you try" and I basically practiced once on fake skin and then they were like "ok now time to do it on yourself, if you're still confused after this time, here are some youtube vids" and like... that is kinda training but like i'm not nearly a medical professional and it's still really nerve wracking to inject myself cause like... idk it just seems strange that it's not an auto injection

No it definitely is terrifying especially if you don’t have a good history with needles. I feel like a nurse that cheated my way through school doing my shots sometimes
