yeah tape is a million times worse 😭 and i’m too broke to just buy a bunch of binders from different brands to figure out what works best. i’m too scared of surgery and medical procedures to get top surgery :(

If you ever get the money, spectrum outfitters is supposed to be the shit for larger bodies. As for top, it’s a long-term investment type thing. It was my first surgery and I was scared out of my mind, but I’m grateful I did it for the long-term gains 💪

i really wanna try spectrum bc i’ve heard wonderful things about it! i’m currently using gc2b binders bc they’re cheap 😭 and i am bigger, so the fact that they’re better for bigger bodies sounds amazing. i’m so bulky that i can’t find anything that compresses without squeezing my ribs too much

if you can scrounge up the money or get a donated spectrum binder, i absolutely recommend them. i had an old gc2b before their production got wonky and i loved it, but my spectrum one is so so nice now. it covers more area and distributes it more evenly, so even though i don't get flat, its def an improvement

yeah my gc2bs are definitely… wonky. and it’s so obvious when i have one on too, the fabric flares out at the sides on the arm holes 😭
