Is it possible you’re not injecting deep enough or pulling the needle out before you’re done injecting? The one time my T came out after injecting was because I hadn’t put the needle in far enough

This works for subq injection not sure about IM, but keep a tiny little air bubble toward the plunger of the syringe and just push it through. It kind seals everything under the skin for long enough and your body will just dissolve it.
