lube and/or topical estrogen, it doesn’t effect your overall hormone levels it’s localized to treat the atrophy

This is the way^^ Mostly topical estrogen. It’s something you’ve gotta shoot in the hole, but it’s usually only a couple times a week

not in this case. vaginal atrophy is caused by hormonal changes (cis women commonly deal with it during menopause) that cause dryness and soft tissue thinning. this can lead to pain during penetration and increased risk of microtears. it’s not about muscle tone.

i think it’s typically by prescription, you should be able to talk to whoever provides your hrt about it
