No, unfortunately, I needed to secure an income before then for their landlord to add me and I only officially got documents submitted to start my job, due to the manager delaying things for 2 weeks, today, just a couple of hours before this happened, so I never got added as anything more than an extended guest that can be kicked out at anytime.
how long have you been staying there? if you receive mail there, pay any bills, keep belongings there, and/or stay for a period of time, you are technically considered a resident and they would need to legally evict you. this depends heavily on state/local laws. i would take that time to my advantage and look for a new place. can you work full time?
Unfortunately, they won’t. I asked, and they said they could only do a part-time run. And those roommates I got were the only people I knew that I could safely go to and could afford to help me, and now I’m here. They said they would like me to find somewhere else by the end of next month, so that seems to be my timeline right now.
This all only happened a few hours ago, so I’ve been kinda in shock for a lot of that time, since I didn’t really think they would ever do this, so I’m still just now starting to look at things, because it’s a just-now thing. I’ve started looking roughly, but I don’t even really know where to start the process of looking for low-income housing efficiently and, unfortunately, I don’t know how to drive.
