I don’t have this on a chronic illness side, but I definitely understand being part of groups that are so predominantly woman oriented that it’s alienating being a man in them

If it happens to be rheumatoid arthritis I can safely say that my grandpa did have it despite it being rarer in men. Don’t feel pressured to say what it is tho this is sorta just a wild guess on the off chance it helps <3
