I’m transfem but what made me realize was I started wearing clothing more suitable to my gender and I felt like I actually wanted to put effort into my appearance for the first time. Then I realized I was insecure about my masculine traits which lead me to realize I’m a woman. It was defo in my subconscious before the realization.
