it's not accessible to me. im frustrated that im not able to get phallo until i get different insurance because mine is legally allowed to discriminate against trans people by not covering gender affirming care, and it was frustrating to me to be recommended a surgery that i can't have rather than commiseration

i'm already on it externally on the days i'm not doing the applicator but i think im gonna need to do it internally too. i had to do a gel applicator once for a BV infection and it felt awful mentally so im kinda anticipating the worst there

I don’t use the applicator for internal use. I just put a little bit on my finger and stick it up there. Much less hassle. It’s a little awkward and I don’t like it but what can you do really

okay so i just met with a pelvic floor therapist and she recommended (after checking with my dr bc she's not legally allowed to prescribe/tell me how to change how i take my meds) that i apply it focusing on the labia minora rather than majora like i have been. i'm gonna wear gloves so there's at least a barrier and hopefully that works
