honestly getting into self care does so much for further helping your depression. for hygiene id recommend showering everyday or at-least 3-7days a week and always shower if ur gonna be out in public. depending on hair type u dont have to wash it everyday for my hair i wash every 1-2 weeks because my hair type. id also recommend a skincare routine. once u look better and feel fresh i feel like that also helps u feel better
And I have this bad feeling that I’m wasting water if I shower every day. Also because I wear a shirt for two days and shorts I don’t wash until after a week, but I’m not like- dirty… I just don’t like wasting water doing laundry, and if I shower every day, that means I take off my clothes and waste an outfit I could have otherwise worn longer
