The big questions. Will he be tried as an adult or juvenile? Can prosecutors prove he’s guilty (despite no DNA evidence)? Can defense attorney prove he’s innocent (despite polygraphs being vulnerable to narcissism)? What other evidence is there?

The sad thing about all of this is that the little girl might have to move to a new state (like someone pointed out in one of the comments) for privacy and safety reasons.

If he’s already showing violence like this at 15, then there is no telling how he will escalate in the years proceeding, especially if he is found not guilty, or given a lesser sentence. IF he has narcissism, it’ll just teach him he can get away with it with minor punishment.
