Has more to do with conspiracy theories being pushed into the minds of the jurors.

If she was black, it’s still wouldn’t have mattered what was pushed to the jury

That isn’t necessarily the case. Each case has different individuals involved including with the judge and jury. Case in point, Richard Earl Hayes, who had a criminal history of assaulting white women prior to his murder arrests, murdered white women on two separate occasions. His first murder (and rape) conviction in Florida was overturned (although DNA evidence has since implicated him as the culprit).

His second murder conviction also of a white woman was pled down to manslaughter, and he’ll be free in 2032.

Well your comment implies that if a black person is ever accused of murder in every single case they’re gonna be found guilty or wrongfully treated harshly. I provided an example for your childish delusion not being in accordance with reality

Yeah and I can find a baby born with only one eye lmfao Just because exceptions exist doesn’t mean they are the rule. Have a seat😭

But that isn’t what you said. Your comment left no room for exceptions. You said that if she was black, no factor in the case would have allowed for her acquittal. And in your original comment, you baselessly claimed without any reference to the facts of the case that her skin color was the sole determining factor in her acquittal. That leaves absolutely no room for exception.

Also, can you enlighten me with the evidence that there’s a widespread epidemic today of black people being falsely convicted of murder?

Girl, if you thought that then you’re stupid. Also, a Google search is all it takes babe. Just say you like pretending systemic racism isn’t a thing lmfao

Girl, we can go back and look at what you said: You said “Only because she’s white” in response to “Karen Reed is free”. The only logical conclusion to the statement is that her skin color, to the exclusion of all other factors (hence the word only being used), was the sole factor in her acquittal. It seems like you made an incredibly rash, ignorant, and prejudiced statement, and are now backpedaling without any acknowledgment of the fact.

The study that AI cites there is utter nonsense. It comes from the National Registry or Exoneration, which in turn cites The Innocence Project, which is known for falsely claiming people have been exonerated, falsifying evidence, and making misleading claims.

The Innocence Project has claimed numerous times that Robert Earl Hayes’ first conviction being overturned was an “exoneration” (he was one of their clients actually), despite the fact that DNA testing has since proven he raped and murdered her.

So yes, one google search is all it takes, but getting reliable and accurate information requires a little more time and effort than just reading an AI answer.
