I feel like having to be in jail is a worse punishment than dying and also gives the chance for rulings to eventually be overturned in the event of false imprisonment

i coulda explained better but I believe it should be heavily regulated and it should be hard for someone to get the death penalty but I don’t think it should be abolished. I do believe “better let 10 guilty walk free than 1 innocent get imprison.
