However, something that was a key piece of evidence in the Shrilla case, the car’s black box data, will tell the jury exactly how fast he was going and if he tried to slow down at all on a curve referred to locals as ‘Dead Man’s Curve’. His mother is trying to claim he was wrongfully overcharged with murder, while drastically exceeding legal speed limits, and that “no family should be destroyed because a prosecutor wants to make an example of their child.”

I looked it up to check last night, and yes and some articles even cite the data which he even apparently sped up
