It’s rare but sometimes gender affirming surgical care is approved for minors, just like top surgeries (breast reductions) are often greenlit for cisgender boys who develop breasts due to hormone imbalances. How does supporting the right to decide the appropriate path with a doctor and parents make you a pedophile?

Exactly. There's a handful of 16 and 17 year olds for extreme cases like when suicide is a high probability. But young children are not having these surgeries.
