There’s a bunch of different causes, but common ones are that you’re having to use the spleen to make red blood cells because your bone marrow can’t keep up, or you’ve got a really overactive spleen and it’s causing problems. Or cancer

If you’re not joking, I’d advise you to actually look into the actual risks and benefits of vaccines, not just secondhand stories from friends. Vaccines are for the most part safe and effective and have been proven to prevent deadly childhood diseases. Things like the combined tetanus vaccine, the chickenpox vaccine, and the meningitis vaccine are essential to making sure kids can grow up healthy without experiencing the debilitating side effects of contracting the diseases they prevent

My class is 151 people, i honestly think absolutely nobody in my class is unreliable or untrustworthy when a patient’s life is on the line (given they know all the material, we still have a month and a half left before we finish learning). I know however that it’s not representative of all med students and doctors, as I personally have had kinda shitty doctors before that kinda don’t care past not getting sued
