As a grandchild of legal immigrants, I couldn’t care less. My grandparents probably wouldn’t have made it here under the current immigration laws. The line for people from some countries is decades long

period!!!!!!!! as a grandchild of legal immigrants, i couldn’t give any less shits. make the immigration process as easy as it was when your parents or my grandfather came over. it’s too lengthy & shouldn’t take years to immigrate. my grandpa likely wouldn’t have made it through today’s restrictions either despite immigrating from italy during WW2.
