You’re right. It’s too bad they didn’t campaign on any of that, and instead decided to reheat 2020 Trump’s nachos. All the while publicly refusing to end support for a live streamed genocide.

because kamala wasn’t joe biden. She didn’t pass the policies. Kamala skirt the line an acceptable way imo for israel. but if isreal was the deciding vote for the election, then why did the pro genocide candidate win. it was just ppl pissed off about the economy and wanted to change.

is there any reason to think this? it impacted Michigan. but most swing states weren’t heavy on jill stein comparatively. exit polls showed economy was the biggest factor. and everyone i talked when i door knocked pretty much said economy in wisconsin.

The most devastating thing about Gaza was NOT that it flipped would be Kamala voters into voting third party. It was actually that it created a moral dilemma for enough voters that staying home was preferable. Which is why Kamala lost the election. Republicans showed up, Democrats didn’t, this is what happens when you ignore the desires of your base. It’s pretty simple.

i’m gonna ask again. do you have any reason to think that? I wonder why they played ads attacking kamala for being supportive of Palestine in swing states. I understand if you care about the issue, but everything i have looked it showed not much impact on the election. i see this a lot where it’s “if X just supported my pet issue X would have won” and i think thats a cognitive trap everyone falls into

Presidential candidates begin to do stuff around midterms, that’s pretty normal. Especially because this cycle is so important and last cycle the dems basically just threw Kamala in without a primary, it will be imperative that dems start shoring support for a candidate soon so people can get to know/support them
